Management was constantly changing what kind of containers they wanted food to go out in and the communication was lacking our purchasing team was still working from home so it was difficult to get a hold of anyone if you were having a problem finding an item to order in the computer when i sent out multiple email to my bosses pertaining to this problem I never heard back. I was blamed for lack of products when we couldn't get things in due to the pandemic items like to go containers packets condiments ect. Once we re opened management changed and it became a very difficult working environment. I was volunteering my time coming in early staying late, but was understanding due to the circumstances we were in. I was called back right when they were re opening and I worked right up to when they closed.
I left Four Winds after the Pandemic when they re-opened.
